  • Privacy Policy: The JeLvI Group LLc dba Partysio Events.

    Effective Date: 05-10-2026

    1. Overview

At Partysio Events Venue, we understand that private events—from weddings to corporate retreats—require a high level of discretion and security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of our clients ("Hosts") and their invited guests.

    2. Information Collected from the "Host"

To facilitate a private booking, we collect the following from the primary contracting party:

    • Contractual Details: Full name, billing address, and government-issued ID (if required for verification).

    • Payment Information: Credit card details or bank information (processed through secure, encrypted third-party systems).

    • Event Logistics: Timelines, vendor lists, and specific floor plans.

    3. Information Collected regarding "Guests"

As a private venue, we may receive information about your guests to ensure their safety and comfort:

    • Guest Lists: Names provided for check-in, security gate access, or seating charts.

    • Special Requirements: Health-related data such as severe food allergies or mobility/accessibility needs.

    • Security Footage: For the safety of all attendees, our premises are monitored by CCTV in public and common areas (excluding restrooms or changing suites).

    4. Data Handling & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. In the context of private bookings, we share data only with:

    • Essential Vendors: We share layout and guest-count data with our in-house or preferred catering/AV teams to execute your event.

    • Host-Hired Vendors: If requested, we will coordinate with your external planners, decorators, or photographers.

    • Legal Compliance: We may share data if required to comply with insurance requirements or law enforcement requests.

    5. Photography & Marketing

We value the privacy of your private celebrations.

    • Venue Promotion: We will not use photos of your event featuring recognizable faces for marketing purposes without the Host's express written consent.

    • Behind-the-Scenes: We may take photos of "empty" decor setups (no guests present) for our portfolio unless otherwise requested by the Host.

    6. Data Retention & Deletion

    • Guest Lists: All digital or physical guest lists provided for the event will be destroyed/deleted within [e.g., 30 days] following the event conclusion.

    • Contracts: We retain financial and contractual records for [e.g., 7 years] as required by tax and insurance regulations.

    7. Security Measures

We employ administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. Access to guest lists and sensitive event details is restricted to only those staff members directly involved in the execution of your event.

    8. Guest Wi-Fi Usage

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for the convenience of you and your guests. By using our network, you acknowledge the following:

    • Connection Data: When a device connects to our network, we may automatically collect technical information, including the device’s MAC address, IP address, and signal strength. This is used solely for network optimization and security monitoring.

    • No Content Monitoring: We do not monitor or record the specific content of the websites visited or messages sent by guests. However, we may block access to certain high-bandwidth or illegal domains to ensure network stability for all attendees.

    • Third-Party Providers: If our Wi-Fi is managed by a third-party service provider, their privacy policy will also apply to the connection process.

    • Security Disclaimer: While we maintain a secure network, public and guest Wi-Fi environments carry inherent risks. Guests are encouraged to use a VPN and avoid accessing sensitive financial information while connected to any shared network.
